Return Policy

At Dallas Foam, we take pride in providing high-quality foam products. Because many of our items are custom cut or made to order, our return policy is outlined below.


1. Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns on standard, non-custom products within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unused and in original condition

  • Items are returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Custom-cut, modified, or special-order items are non-returnable.


2. Custom Orders

Due to the nature of custom foam products, including but not limited to:

  • Custom sizes

  • Custom cuts

  • Specialty materials

👉 All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Photos of the product

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

We will review and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.


4. Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service


6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production or cutting begins.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled.
